Overview

My refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, I can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Some items are ineligible for return, including:

To complete your return, you must send a note to angie@acerbicbeauty.com with your order number and the email address you used to make your purchase. If approved, I’ll give you an address to return your product. Returned products must be packaged with the same level of protection in which they arrived to you.

Refunds

Once I receive your return, I’ll inspect it and notify you I’ve received it. If approved, I’ll process your refund, not including return shipping, to your original method of payment.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are ineligible for refund.

Exchanges

I only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, let me know in your email. If you’d like to exchange for another item, I will try to accommodate you, but these exchanges will be decided on a case by case basis.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included.

Returns need to be packaged with the same level of protection as they arrived to you. It’s fine if you don’t have the original packaging, but (especially in the case of ceramic mugs) you must ensure enough padding/sturdy packaging to give it a reasonable chance of making it back in one piece.
